This class introduces all of the basic skills necessary to throw on a pottery wheel including clay prep, centering, pulling, trimming, attaching handles, and basic glazing techniques.  In addition to experiencing the steps necessary to take a piece of clay to a finished product, students will be introduced to types of clay, and form and function of shapes.

Members are welcome to use the studio at this time, though students will get priority for equipment.
